Tiger: I accept your apology, with grace. Apparently you still have that mischieveous mannerism about you. You really shocked me on this one for sure! Was ready to really "let you have it!"...... but I had a change of heart.Willow: Thanks for your support! You are a kind person and would like to get to know you better. AHHH, yes! I am in excellent health! However, I am not as old as this character says I am. I may appear to look "aged", but I am NOT! Still have Theresa and family in my prayers. We all need to stay on track! To coin a phrase" Keep the Faith!" Justa opinion, statement, observation , encouragement recommendation, and "gut reaction" as usual. Miss Ima |

Heard some Democrats discussing the Obama, Hillary saga, following the debate..... the consensus is that Hillary will get the nomination, then choose Obama to be her running mate. Oh, My!Folks, we need to pray for our country. Justa opinion, statement, and prayer as usual. Miss Ima |

Tigerfan: Miss Ima is about to "clean your plow" . If you are one of my former students, then you know exactly what I mean. As for calling someone by name, the only persons I recall mentioning were the Shiflett boys , and anyone in Floyd County knows who I am talking about. They are/were both good detectives and are highly respected guys.As for Tiger, boy get yourself back into the purpose of this blog. You are just taking pot shots and I think I know exactly why! Regardless, I am still praying and hoping for closure real soon . Something in my spirit leads me to believe that the time is getting nearer and nearer. I am sure D.A. Patterson is on top of things and will be EXTRA cautious. From what I know about her she does not take many chances where there is some doubt. As in reasonable doubt. Signing off and Justa opinion, statement, (warning) and observation as usual. Ima |

Hello folks! I have been reading all of the ideas/opinions/statements and I for one am puzzled at Trevan's 5:30 post. For some unknown reason, it just jumps out at me as a person on the defense of himself. Pardon me if I am wrong. I have also noticed over the past few weeks, there is something mystifying about the name Trevan itself. All of this person's posts sound like a person of much interest in something....... do not know what it is. So much for my opinion. I am still praying and watching.Justa statement, observation, opinion and idea as usual. |

Momme: As for a dentist, I do not know which one you use, but the price you quoted sounds just about right as a going rate. Is this for you, or a child?Oftentimes, The Southern Bell Pioneers and the Lions Club will assist in matters of this nature. If you know anyone who is affiliated with one of these organizations....... and are in "dire straits"...... then perhaps you can get some assistance...... perhaps not all..... but some! Let me know if I can be of help! Justa bit of info as usual! Miss Ima |

As a former retired school teacher/parent/administrative assistant/grandparent/ P.T.A. President and serving on a School Board in another state, I can give you my input into this situation.First and foremost. Put EVERYTHING in writing. (Was once told by a professor, if it isn't written down, it did not happen). Follow protocol to the T. Do NOT take matters into your own hands. The other bloggers have given excellent suggestions as to what route to take in order to solve this problem. As a last resort (and only as a last resort), contact the news media. They are sitting on ready for something of this nature. Mention this in your communications on the way up the "ladder". I will guarantee you that something will transpire if you stay persistent. I would recommend a joint meeting with the Principal, Asst. Principal, Bus Driver, Transportation Administrator, County Superintendent, and Chairman of the Board of Education. As I once stated, be persistent and Do Not accept no for an answer. Do not let them intimidate you or "pass the buck". Momme: Yes, you can and should sue the School Board, County Board of Education and even the administration if matters are not resolved. I am not a lawyer, and can not offer legal advice, however, I have been in that position, and do know that it is possible if you follow the right steps. Most important, be prepared with all the data that you can get, and have it in a folder ready to quote your findings. You can be assured, they will have data also! So remember, don't let them belittle you or intimidate you! There are laws in the State of Georgia regarding bullying of any kind. Schools in the North Georgia area are infamous for utilizing the "Zero Tolerance" statement. So capitolize on that tid-bit of information. Justa bit of information, suggestions, observation, recommendation, and advice as usual! Miss Ima |

Twinkie: Been missing you ! Hope things are going well. I was really praying that you would take a vacation to visit relatives or friends in Chattanooga. I did , after I lost a loved one. Travelled for about two weeks and left everything behind. Believe it or not, I laughed a lot while visiting with old friends and relatives. Upon returning home, I faced the loneliness, but I made it through. I know you will too. I know you have lost a spouse but I am told it is more difficult to lose a child. If you can find a copy of Kubbler-Ross' (I think I am spelling that correctly) book on Death and Dying, you will be really enlightened. Dr. Jennings at Berry taught a class on this and I gleaned a world of information from him. Take care of yourself. Justa prayer for you tonight! Ima |

Friend07: Sorreeeeee! I personally can not contribute one idea, one speculation, one suggestion or even one recommendation at this point in time. I am all "thunked " out! Seems that I have read and heard so much that it is just doing cartwheels in my shallow brain at this time of night. I do wish we could hear "something". Anything would beat nothing! The only sure thing I CAN do is Pray! I continue to do that. God bless and hoping that something will materialize real soon! Justa comment, contribution, opinion, statement, and a prayer as usual. Watched the Fox news tonight and they had the polls on the speeches. Apparently Obama hit her one when he said that "trust" was what the American People wanted in a President. This was in response to the question posed regarding the e-mails and communications between the Senator (Hillary) and ex-Prez Clinton. They are due to be revealed in the year 2012. Her response was rather cool....... and non committal.
