Same argument as before. He's out on appeal. Hopefully they will try him again so he can be found GUILTY AGAIN. Matt wasted more than one precious life in this situation and none of the time wasted was his. How long before he gets another DUI???????????? Anyone heard of habitual offender?????? Three strikes and your out, but he manipulated the system and has gotten to this point. Hopefully, he will get to serve the rest of his time. He should have been GUILTY on all charges, not just recless driving

Out on bond does not mean "not guilty" ! Dunagan ran the red light and that FACT will still stand! That intersection is no more dangerous than the one before it where you come over the hill. the speed limit is the same and it is just as "blind". The difference is "the scenario" with his brother waiting at the light. Good luck, but the outcome will remain the same. GUILTY! And it should have been on ALL COUNTS!

I wonder if Mr Craton will plead his case with the public and cry for help and support to pay off the lawsuit that ruled against him in the record today.

Haven't been around in a while, but couldn't pass this one up! Maybe him or one of his other profiles will speak up!

Hope all is well with everyone. Lots of interesting stuff going on in the city and country now. Later!

It's a letter to the editor. He gives somewhat of a timeline about how he got the "bridge to nowhere" started and then he goes through when Doss voted to appropriate money to each thing about the development of the area and instead of being critical of him we should be singing praises. I supported the SPLOST and still believe alot of the projects on it are desperatly needed, however, in my opinion Doss did nothing but tell a blatant fib about the " matching funds". Overnight, we went from going to get something like 20 million dollars to NOTHING. Thats impossible. I believe that just like I believe him and his partner just thought of this great project a few weeks ago, and it was never even on the radar as he dumped more money into it. SORRY PAUL.......IT STILL STINKS!

I ask again as I asked in The Watercooler. How did Daviv Doss get to the position he is in and where did he come from? As each day goes, I would say more people are becoming a little more sceptical of his dealing as very self serving and shady. What did he do before he became DOT invloved? How did he get at the DOT? and what position does he hold there? Just asking so I can become more informed. Thanks

B1222, where did David Doss come from? Is he elected? How did he get on the DOT payroll ect? I'm just curious. I definitly remember the promise of millions of dollars in matching funds and I think it would be good, if the issue is pushed. He doesn't need to be left off the hook to just say" they don't have the money".

How's everybody doing? Hey RGS, I don't recall anyone telling you not to flush your toilet? If you come to my house and use the RR, please FLUSH. As for the people being able to water thier lawns, my understanding is that is done so that certain businesses would not be unfairly targeted. For example, on a landscaping company, you take away the water, no one plants, they have no business and quickly you have peope out of work. The same as carwash's. You cannot wash your own car at home, however, if you take it to a self wask or full serve, it's OK to wash away. What has played out is that somebody like Pikes is a huge victim, because all they sell is plants and if you go in there and buy plants, you cannot water them, therefore your'e not going to buy plants. Walmart, Depot and Lowe's have large amounts of other business to fall back on. There is no perfect solution to this issue until it rains. At some point, even those restrictions will be in place here as they are in other counties and those businesses will run out of cash fast and it only creates other problems. Not disagreeing with you, just putting in my opinion. BOTTOM LINE......We need Lots of Rain soon

B1222, you got to be kidding me? Yes, the big "O" would be supporting hillary, IF and only IF OBAMA wasn't in the race. I agree, Oprah does a lot of good things in our society, however, she is one of the most racist people on this earth. Look at all of her awards, ect. thats her perogative, however, you can bank on her money and power is 100% behind Obama in my opinion.
