i only know of one D.U.I. ON Dunagan.Ido know he was caught with a roach in his ash-tray at 17,and charged w/dui. plead guilty,then got the dui for alc. but romesir,When did Matt get this third dui. And he never tryed to kill anyone that I,m aware of.This was a terrible accident and everyone has their on opinion bout what happened.But now a group of 7 judges want to hear the rest of the story.Maybe its time we all heard it .You for sure.mm

MSLA, Prison is for criminals,it dont change them .It is a meeting place for them to learn more ways of breaking the laws.Normal folk who are cast into this hell,may not be strong enough to survive. It makes me feel good to know that your family has your loved one back at home.He will be back to normal soon .BEST WISHES,MM

MSLA,Good to hear from you again.Was that 20 yrs. or 20 mo,s. either way if he was in prison and was wrongfuly convicted.Each day should be returned to him in some form. ....dog, do you think the supreme court is going to hear this case because Lanier is grasping at straws?mm.

romesir, did you notice that the dicision from the court of appeals read almost word for word as the D.A.s opinion ?Irealy don't think the three justices ever saw the case. It may have been a court clerk who made the decision not to here the case.Or maybe they are just stupid.All Iknow is this is the first time in history that all 7 agreed to hear a case.We have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.Did you think the Dunagan family would just give up?mm.

What a day,It's so nice to hear from all of you.As for the question ,do I think these 7 judges will make the right decision in MATT'S case.Let me just say this.Each and everyone of these SUPREME COURT JUSTICES agreed that this case needed to be dealt with once and for all.My answer is ...if this dont work we will try the next step.And if we fail there we will try again.When an innocent man is locked up for even one day,our system has failed us all!We are sure that Matt was not at fault in this accident,and it would seem that at least 7 others want the truth.From what I have seen in the past few years this case was built out of vengince and greed not justice.To bad they didn't sue the D.O.T..Wonder who talked them out of that and put them on Matt?Now there is no one left to sue.Time has come to admit the wrong that was done.If it takes the U.S.supreme court to get to the end of this then,so be it.MM.
