I apologize for using such language to describe my feelings and I also apologize to Mike. It just makes me sad that its 2007 and some people still can't have an open mind. But you are correct Twinkie, it's his opinion and his right.

Moutainman, I am new to this blog and to this area. However, I may be new to the ways of referring to women and liquor in the same metaphor and I am sure that you some how managed to mangle the interpretation. Women will be congenial to you if you deserve it, liquor or not, and they will tell you their opinion whether you want to hear it or not? Is liquor the question that we should be concerned with?

I also have another question...how do you feel about Oprah's decision to open a school for children 3,000 miles away from her home town of chicago, where the dropout rate is 50%?

I think Mike Lester is a biggot, sexist person, who has no respect for women or homosexual people for that matter. I cringe every day that your cartoon comes out in fear that you have provided another ridiculous misinterpretation of women, homosexuals, democrats, or any other person in the community that may have an "open" perspective on life. What century are you living in Mike?
