Just to clear up a few things,
A98 asked for a little assistance on this site as there were folks on here. If you didn't want to answer her, that was definately your right. i had not logged on to the other site for a couple days, and did so this evening, say her ? and found her answer. I did not demand answers to why she wanted the info, i have not tried to guess what she knows. She has something, some reason to want that info. so she now has it. it is really not that big an issue. give this a break. IF, and i repeat IF, this was something, you would hear about it soon. If you dont rest assured it wasn't the missing piece we all so desperately are searching for. Why can't we all just be friends???? Why can't we all try to show compassion???? Why can't we all try hto remember the 'GOLDEN RULE"????????????

I have thought about this ,especially with the talk about chemicals, and have not heard this place mentioned. Maybe it has been and I have not heard it, if so, sorry.
Considering the statements SP has made re: 'hiding a body and noone would ever find', 'you have to understand how I was trained', and other comments. Then you consider he was raised in Trion, lived in S. LaFayette, drove down H27 on very regular basis. The recent talk about chemicals makes this thought stick in my mind.
There is a water treatment plant between LaFayette and Trion. I know it is fenced and 'secure' but has anyone searched that area to ensure that the fencing is secure all the way around?? There are woods on two sides of this. Considering he has known about and drove by this place for many, many years. To me, this - in his mind_ would be a good place to hide a body. I know nothing about how it works (just the smell!!! puuhhhh) but would think that it would definitely have chemicals. Any thoughts on this??????

just another note, while we continue praying for Theresa, her family and friends, whatever type closure possible for her family, may we also remember others affected by this cruel nightmare. such as Kristy, SP ex-wives (who from all accounts lived through nightmares married to SP), and include them in our prayers? I know I do.
May Saturday be the day we all can get some closure and bring TP home. God Bless.

this is the exert from the article from the attorney Slack who was the fishing partner for SP. I think this must be where you saw this.
It's natural that Sam would be suspected," Slack said. "He understands that. It's part of his job and he has certainly cooperated fully with the GBI. He's answered every question. They have searched his house, his car, his father's house, his wife's car. They have sprayed him with chemicals to look for blood or other fluids and so forth. Nothing.

"He's turned over his bank records," Slack said. "He's turned over his phone records. They've examined the property with infrared cameras. They've done everything you can think of and there is nothing to tie him to her (disappearance). He doesn't know where she is and he certainly didn't harm her. He had no reason to harm her."

Finding Theresa is the most important thing here. Sam is a "person of interest" because he is married to Theresa. The GBI and WCSO have to completely check every thing to do with Sam to prove/disprove that he has any knowledge/connection with his wife's disappearance. He has NOT been arrested. In this country persons are innocent until PROVEN GUILTY. I have not heard of ,nor have I seen any proof that Sam Parker has committed any crime here. He is human, He is not perfect, none of us are. I am sure if we pried into the lives of each of you , we would find quite a lot if details that you would wish to keep private. None of us know the absolute truth in this history about Sam and his ex wife's. only they know the true truth. I am sure his ex-wifes slant on their stores is just that - their personal feelings involved, their version of life. I would honestly believe that if the truth was really known, the "reports of abuse and domestic violence' MAY not be what all the media is making them out to be. I am saying this meaning NO insult to Theresa's family that may be reading this. only that the truth in any relationship is half way between what each party feels and reports.
I have known Sam Parker for a great number of years and have considered him a friend . I do not believe that he has any knowledge or participation in his wife's disappearance.
I do believe the LE actively working this case will discover the truth. They are working very hard to do just that. In the most professional and effecient way. I truly hope they do find Theresa soon and that locating her helps ALL the family members begin to deal with this horrific event. I hope GOD is watching over and protecting Theresa and they can find her alive and bring her to her family. if that is not possible, just bring her home to them.
But people, please remember if you were in Sam's place, you would not want others condemning you without proof.

It is a true crime that some citizens have held court and convicted Sam without ever having evidence. That is directly out of the "ole wild west days". What do you want: hang him outside the courthouse at noon???? We do have JUSTICE in this country and in this county!! WE developed laws and a judical system that investigates issues/crimes/disappearances and follows through where EVIDENCE leads. To avoid the "ole wild west days" of prosecuting persons wrongly, we also developed and adopted "INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY". Let our judical system work. Not being perfect is not a crime. Are any of you perfect??? NO!! "He who is without sin, let him cast the first stone" I know a lot of people who should quieten down.
Being a police officer is not a crime. It is a career held by HUMAN BEINGS- a career in the service field - to help, protect and defend the public. Perfection is not a requirement for the job - (again the list of those with perfection is a very short list - one. name is Jesus). How many of you would have the job of protecting people like yourselves. Law enforcement officers are only human, but they do choose a career that you would not have - public service.
Having friends that share relaxing activities (fishing) with does not make him guilty. it makes him human and fortunate to have friends to share times with.
Having previous divorce(s) does not make him guilty. Again it only makes him human. Again, he who is without sin,.... IT means he was willing to take the chance, to try for happiness. With the divorce rate is this country - Ican not believe you people are even talking that one in this discussion. Also I am not defending him, but there are always two sides to every argument/divorce/etc. To hear from an ex-wife does not lend credibility to this situation. It is only one side of the truth. IF we are going there - what happened to her first marriage??
From all I have read, there are a lot of very nosey, pushy, arrogant, disrespectful people writing in. Bless those that are willing to let justice be served. I also pray for justice, for Theresa to be found alive and well, for the truth. I AM ALSO NOT PASSING JUDGEMENT ON ANY PERSON WITHOUT EVIDENCE.

Innocent until proven guilty. I don't think her spouse should be helping with the search. I think everything he says or does is very suspect right now and if he joined in the search, people would spend all of their time second guessing every step he made if he aided in the search.
People should just keep an open mind to this until all the facts are out in the open. My heart and prayers are with all the family members in this case, and I share the prayer of many that she be found alive and well.
