got this in an email. i know how some of you feel about the copy & paste posts, but i thought that this was a good one to share. it may be a fake, i dont know. anyway,hope yall like it, i did!



I HAVE DECIDED TO BECOME A WRITE-IN CANDIDATE.

HERE IS MY PLATFORM:

(1) "Press 1 for English" is immediately banned. English is the official language; speak it or wait at the border until you can.

(2) We will immediately go into a two year isolationist posture to straighten out the country's attitude. NO imports, no exports. We will use the 'Wal-Mart' policy, "If we ain't got it, you don't need it."

(3) When imports are allowed, there will be a 100% import tax on it.

(4) All retired military personnel will be required to man one of our many observation towers on the southern border. (six month tour) They will be under strict orders not to fire on SOUTHBOUND aliens.

(5) Social security will immediately return to its original state. If you didn't put nuttin' in, you ain't gettin nuttin' out. The president nor any other politician will not be able to touch it.


(6) Welfare - Checks will be handed out on Fridays at the end of the 40 hour school week and the successful completion of urinalysis and a passing grade.

(7) Professional Athletes --Steroids - The FIRST time you check positive you're banned for life.

(8) Crime - We will adopt the Turkish method, the first time you steal, you lose your right hand. There are no more life sentences. If convicted, you will be put to death by the same method you chose for your victim: gun, knife, strangulation, etc.

(9) One export will be allowed: Wheat. The world needs to eat. A bushel of wheat will be the exact price of a barrel of oil.

(10) All foreign aid using American taxpayer money will immediately cease and the saved money will pay off the national debt and ultimately lower taxes. When disasters occur around the world, we'll ask the American people if they want to donate to a disaster fund and each citizen can make the decision whether it's a worthy cause.

(11) The Pledge of Allegiance will be said every day at school and every day in Congress.

(12) The National Anthem will be played at all appropriate ceremonies, sporting events, outings, etc.

Sorry if I stepped on anyone's toes but a vote for me will get you better than what you have and better than what you're gonna get. Thanks for listening and remember to write in my name on the ballot in November.

why is it then that even the swearing in of elected officials has always involved the placing of the right hand upon the bible? granted that our currency has only the name GOD and not jesus. but i cant see how you can sit there and say that christianity wasnt the religion that was in place during the early building of our nation.

bygracethrufaith, did i miss something? correct me if i am wrong. i thought that christianity WAS the religion that our founding fathers practiced aside from what you stated about those that didnt follow the church and the bible. but, since that point in time in this countrys development this country has always been built upon the values and morales of what has been seen as christian. i know that they will be some that say wait a minute! there are other religions in this country. but, the governing body has always been made up of mostly people of the christian faith. granted, there has always been some that didnt worship as they should( we all are guilty of that! ) but the majority of americans to this day are of the christian faith. and all though the history of this nation that is the way that it has been. the founding fathers and all the other lawmakers from the beginning were chosen and put in office by people that was of the christian faith. but, it may be that i AM just ignorant! oh well. it must be very lonely at the top!

most excellent post ringoldone! you are right! barry is an acceptable name for a harvard law student, but not for someone that wants to be reguarded as black and in touch with the black mans struggle against the oppression! wouldnt be prudent!

let me assure all of you that i am no one other than fixem on this blog! if i had the same mentallity as you css4comm4 everyone on here that shared the same opinion as you would be you as well! it doesnt matter if i cut and paste something that i feel connected to or write my own opinion, if i feel like posting it, i will! just as you and everyone else on here does. i dont like obama, i have followed his campain and studied his past right from the start just as others that dont like him has and i truly feel like he has no business being our next president. that is my opinion. like it or not! i am also a fairly religious man and have my beliefs and i feel like from his own statements and actions in the past that he is just putting up a smokescreen to the people to try and get elected. even his own words in his book says that he will stand by the muslims if the winds change( not the exact quote but none the less )! and to those that dont think that this country was built upon christian values and that the founding fathers were not christians need to go back to school! even take a trip to washington and go to the supreme court and look at what is all over that building. you dont have to look too hard to see that even the ten commandments are there! this country WAS built upon the christian beliefs. i am a firm believer in that everyone has their own right to believe the way that they want to. but, when they come up and say that the lord doesnt belong, that they will stand with the muslims, refuse to place there hand over their heart when the pledge of allegence is being recited, when they are pro abortion, that just rubs me the wrong way and i will say that it does! granted we dont have a lot to choose from this election, but i am NOT going with obama.

As with so many other statements I've heard him (and his wife) make, I never thought I'd see the day that I'd hear something like that from a presidential candidate in this nation. To think our forefathers fought and died for the right for our nation to be a Christian nation--and to have this man say with pride that we are no longer that. How far this nation has come from what our founding fathers intended it to be.
I hope that each of you will do what I'm doing now--send your concerns, written s imply and sincerely, to the Christians on your email list. With God's help, and He is still in control of this nation and all else, we can show this man and the world in November that we are, indeed, still a Christian nation!

let me make something clear. i did think the post through, i do think that it is time to take a stand against the preferential treatment for those that use race as something to keep holding over everyones head. we are all supposed to be walking around, afraid to say anything for fear of offending someone who isnt afraid to offend others. you know what i mean? i get sick of seeing things that are there for betterment of someone that is no better than me! all this black this and black that, when african americans are not even wanting to be called black anymore! now does that make any sense? to me if they wanted equality, then all these orginizations should change there policies and accept everyone no matter what the race. it is like that on everything else that is avalible to everyone else.

seeing things like miss black america being crowned last night when ladies of all colors are allowed to be in the miss america padgent makes me realize that somehow whites are the ones having our faces rubbed in the whole race issue. i have many friends of color and a number of them feel the same way. i am with you on lets get past the whole race thing and just call ourselves americans. i was simply bringing an issue to the attention of others that something is out of whack in this country. there is more and more people of color that are doing well for the situation of others to be blamed on the whites. but it still is. everywhere you turn its like that. there is a lot of truth in my earlier post. and it is obvious that some of it dont have to be. we as a people cant be blamed for what happened before we were born but for the most part, the whites are still to this day blamed for it. if you had a great great grandfather who did something would you feel like you should be held accountable for it? we as whites are. there are whites that are worse off than many blacks or asian, or latinos. should they be entitled to special priviliges that are not avalible to people of color? NOPE! i know that there is still hatred between the races and that is something that will always be. but cant i be as proud of my color as you? that is what i was saying in my post. may god be with us and bless us all.

They have Yom Hashoah.

If we had a college fund that only gave





white students scholarships

There are over 60 openly-proclaimed





Black-only Colleges in the US,





yet if there were 'White-only Colleges'





.....THAT would be a racist college.

you believed that you were





marching for your race and rights.





If we marched for our race and rights,





.....You would call us racists.





You are proud to be black,





brown, yellow and red,





and you're not afraid to announce it.





But when we announce our white pride

You rob us,





carjack us,





and shoot at us.





But, when a white police officer





shoots a black gang member





or beats up a black drug-dealer





who is running from the LAW and





posing a threat to ALL of society

too bad the supreme court struck down the executions for raping a child. i personally think that it would be a good idea. i would bet that if those justices that dissented, had a child that was raped, there would have been a different outcome on this one folks! maybe they will reconsider. lets hope so.
