What makes me mad in Walker County is...

This statement was taken from the Chattanooga Times story Moonshine still found in Walker County. "Sheriff Wilson said his men recovered three 55-gallon drums of mash, which he said was comprised of corn, barley and hops. He said there were about 30 empty sugar bags scattered around the site. Water for the still was being drawn from Cane Creek". Tell me, what was done about this? Why did the owner of the land try to run off the law enforcement from his land? Does anyone know? |

Give us all a break taxeswated...Are you new to Walker County? I believe that Commissioner Heiskell is not the first and will not be the last elected official named as Walker County Citizen of the year. You should have done your homework before you stuck your foot in your mouth. I believe Steve Wilson is an elected official, please log on to http://www.co.walker.ga.us/shrf_wils.htm and scroll down his bio to read about his "title" as you call for receiving the award of Citizen of the Year. I think that you have come to the wrong place to voice your anger if you can't do better than this. |

I heard today that Bruce Coker's campaign manager was once married to the LaFayette Police officer that helped Parker with his dead wife. Does anyone know if that is true or not? |

It looks like I made it back in time to vote. I have been out of town for a few weeks. I love to visit other places, but I am always ready to get back home! I guess I need to catch up on the blog post. |

VoterwithBrain...the only part of your brain that is working properly is your comments about Ken Marks. He will beat Bill's puppet Barbara like a drum. Your comments about Tom's dad are low and nasty. Your comments should be removed from this blog. Your name calling for Keith Greene is not respectful at all to someone that has put their life on the line for you and the rest of us in Iraq. |

Ringgoldone...if you want to waste your vote, go ahead and vote for the "I am greater than anyone Wolford". He is not going to win. He should have ran for as a Democrat as he first started out. I heard from someone at the candidate training that he told the group that he would be running as a Democrat. He only ran as a Republican because he was told that he could only win as a Republican. I think that next Tuesday he will be able to pluck the wild hair out that made him think that he could win. |

If you were an educated voter you would know what District you are in without having to look at your Voter Registration Card. I am not a Clark or Wolford supporter. I have no respect for anyone that can make a statement about Iraq to be a "Sandbox" that they didn't get to play in. Someone that can say that has NO respect for all of those who have lost their lives in the war. I lost my son there. You are just a Jag Officer. There are those that are not cut out for battle, but you should not belittle the ones that put their lives on the line every day and defend their country by making the statement that you did about playing in the sandbox. |

Just as I thought Mr. Wolford, you really don't know a lot about Catoosa County at all. If you didn't know what district you lived in before you checked, how did you know who your Commissioner was? This is why you have had to ask everyone what the issues are in Catoosa. It is because you don't know a thing about Catoosa County. |
