Shadow, Thanks and talking about the old grapevine I had heard and thought it might be due to Instructors drinking with the rookies they were testing in Forsythe not long ago. Puts a whole new spin on "Concern for Others", I can only imagine which one is true if not both. lol |

volfirefighteronce I would like to know myself why Doug was made to quit and doesn't he still have a brother working as a paid firefighter? If Doug was made to quit why is he back as Capt. of a station? |

say it loud thanks for the info, I will check that out. cv, I will take your response as genuine and not, well I will just leave it at that. I didn't realize you couldn't ask questions. That is what is wrong with the world today because some people get offended if you do. I am a educated person and was ALWAYS told no question is a stupid one. My question and maybe I didn't express it correctly was to ask if she had the education as a practicing attorney or maybe a paralegal since wn could not find her on the GA Bar Assoc. I had also wondered if she obtained her education in GA. Just attempting to clarify things and get the facts before voting day. Again thanks and I will look at the other site for the info. |

I just couldn't help myself, After reading about the Boom-Boom room and some reference to the Fox hunters club and the scandalious relationship that led to a female letting the water out of a fire truck, the fire dept. and scandalious relationships if you want to call them that is in a class by itself and many more issues in this county..... I would have to say Swing Town doesn't have Anything on Walker County lol |

Hello all, haven't had a chance to get on in a couple of days and I am glad yall are keeping up with this case. It would of been a travisty if huskey would of gotten bond. I agree totally , exactly WHAT was he doing in that church. Let's don't forget it is not just the fathers, tachers and church people, but we also have mothers and females out there doing the same thing. What a shame the Superior Court overturned the states that did allow capital punishment for child rapes. I can't think of a more hainous crime than child molestion cases. They say only for murder. Some murders may can be rehibiltated but Child molestors CAN NOT be rehibiltated in any form, shape or fashion!!!!! I agree that the mother of the children should have to cut ALL ties with huskey before getting the children back. It is good to know we have concerned citizens keeping up with this case. I would like to be at that trial. |

Let me start by saying my prayers go out to this child!!!! One of my earlier statements about convient religion in jail didn't mean it was always a bad thing just convient. After reading some of the other posts, I also agree we should all trust our instinct. Let me also comment that even some of our own family members can't be trusted. My thought is that we used to think about child molesters as the " boogieman " but as more and more cases are being brought to the forefront it is becoming more and more apparent that it is the people we would least expect in a lot of the cases. |

mdsp--thank you for responding to my questions. I know this is old news but I have lived in walker county at my present address for 10 plus years and I have NEVER received a "postcard" either, but I will continue to check my mailbox daily!wm--I haven't responded, commented or questioned the issue of the fire dept. in it's willingness to help the community and/or civic organizations, or a conspiracy theory yet!! If you reread my post, I stated the story intrigued me and David Ashburn's name was the only one I kept reading and was trying to see if indeed what I knew to be true was that Randy Camp was running the show at the fire dept. in walker county and where was he during all this. I then asked mdsp a few questions about the facts he/she listed to have a better understanding. Isn't the Fire Dept. motto "Concern For Others"? So consider me a CONCERNED citizen !!!! |
