Of course you will now say that you voted in the run off. You didn't state that before you were confronted about your statement. You need to call Keith Greene and talk to him about the rifle range if you have concerns since he will be the next Chairman of the Commission. If you truly have concerns about it you will call him to discuss it. Expressing your concerns on this blog will not change anything.

Give us a break Sleeingbeauty! I don't care to hear your democrat lies. Truth is that you are a Lynn Long supporter and lied about voting for Keith Greene last time. This is a copy of your entry on 7/16/08. If anyone questions what I have pasted here they can also click on your blog name and read it for themselves.

What makes me mad in Catoosa County is...

aren't you mad about ACORN???

Statement On ACORN's Letter

ARLINGTON, VA -- Today, McCain-Palin 2008 campaign manager Rick Davis released the following statement in response to ACORN's letter:

"Almost a month ago, the McCain-Palin campaign reached out to Barack Obama's campaign, the Democratic National Committee and state election officials in an effort to cooperate on potential Election Day problems, including voter fraud. To date, we have not received a response. Today, our campaign's Honest and Open Election Committee, chaired by former Senators John Danforth and Warren Rudman, re-proposed that invitation in an event at the National Press Club. Given the extensive relationship between Barack Obama and ACORN, our campaign also feels that Senator Obama has a responsibility to rein in ACORN's efforts and to work aggressively against wide-scale voter fraud. In addition, Senator McCain has reached out to Rep. John Conyers, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, to reject reports on voter challenges based on home-foreclosures.

"If left uncorrected, these numerous investigations and accusations of voter fraud with ACORN could produce a nightmare scenario on Election Day. It is our hope that the Obama campaign joins us in our efforts to prevent voter fraud prior to Election Day."

Can anyone tell me who P.J. Wilson is?

Imaginetruth, the real truth is that Jay Neal did not go out of the debate and speak with Chris Scott at any time. I was there. The Republicans did not have any reason to ask any additional questions since the questions from the Chamber covered all of the issues.

I don't mean to make you look stupid, but you did get a few things wrong.
1. Correct. He did a great job helping with the efforts
2. Wrong
3. Correct
4. Correct
5. Wrong. Make sure you come to Walker and Chattooga County debates
6. Correct
7. He deserves more
8. He is a Maverick when he needs to be and a team player when he needs to be
9. Wrong. Jeff has only one brother and he lives in Atlanta
10. He is a hero for the 53rd District

Why are you talking about Mr. Weldon in Walker County? He will be representing Catoosa and Whitfield.

Give us a break AC! Just because someone has "elected official" experience doesn't mean that they are great leaders also. Who wants an experienced elected official? How does that qualify you for any elected position? Just because Mr. Greene was in the military does not make him a great leader. The fact is he was a great leader in the military and as Jsprayberry said, he was a leader who brought all of his men through many situations and that makes him a trusted leader. You people need to just let it go. Bill Clark was defeated and Lynn Long will also be defeated. Keith Greene will be the new Chairman of the commission in January. I am sick and tired of reading about all of your complaints and your attacks on Keith Greene. If you knew the man, then you would give him a chance to prove to everyone that he is a trusted leader for Catoosa County. The proof is in the pudding! Just sit back and watch!

I can only tell you what I know. Lynn Long said that he was only putting his name on the ballot so that just in case the Republicans didn't take him out that he would give it a try. He has also made the statement that if Keith Greene won that he would drop out of the race because he has health problems. Whatever be the case...only in Catoosa County could this silly stuff be happening. I guess maybe Mr. Long has done a flip flop on what he is going to do. Maybe he has had a change of heart for Bill. I am sure that Mr. Long is looking forward to all those fundraisers that the Catoosa County Republican Party is planning on holding for him. This is not the way the Republican Party is supposed to be conducting themselves. I don't think that the Democrat Party would ever do such a thing.
